SEMI SPARKLING ROSÉ
Wine characteristics
Lively pink wine, with a hint of redcurrant and raspberries and a full, fresh and pleasant taste. Serve at 10-12 °C.
Naturally-fermented wine 12.5% Vol.
Grape varieties comprising the wine are Barbera 40%, Croatina 40%, Vespolina 10% and Uva Rara 10%.
It goes well with...
delicate pasta dishes, white meat, fish and sushi. Excellent also for aperitifs.
